It also enables us to access your store quickly and easily so that we can provide you with the very best in customer support.  We provide six months free hosting with every Kiwiearthmother Ecomm Store – and when you sign up to our Membership Plan, the hosting is on us!

With our Premium Membership, there’s no need to worry about hosting, as it’s included in the price! Non-members get free hosting for 6 months and thereafter, plans start from $150 a year, depending on the size of the site, traffic volumes and storage required.

We can integrate your store with your choice of payment options, e.g. Stripe, PayPal, ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard etc. Just let us know which payment options you require for your store, and we’ll do the rest.

Every Kiwiearthmother Ecom Store is automatically linked to an online platform that allows you to create and sell products with your content by working with various Print on Demand Providers from around the world. When we build your store, we will create an account for you with our print on demand products. You focus on creating and selling, and the online platform handles the rest!

Absolutely! All products that your customers order are shipped with your branding. 

The quality of the production is dependent on the selected Print on Demand Provider. Each Provider has their own tools and procedures and you are expected to perform your own research when selecting a Provider, as well as submitting Content that satisfies the provided print quality requirements.  That said, if your order has issues, a dedicated Merchant Resolution Team will facilitate resolution of the dispute. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time by notifying us by email at [email protected]. Your membership will continue for the remainder of the month in which you cancel, and no further monthly deductions will be made.

All our stores ship with industry recognised and approvced SSL Certificates, so you can rest assured that all customer transactions are secure.  SSL Certificate renewal is included in your hosting plan at no additional cost.

There are no minimum quantities whatsoever! Order 1 item or 101 items – the choice is yours! That’s the beauty of our stores – sell with absolutely no investment in inventory. 

Our Online Print on Demand Platform offers a selection of Print Providers based in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and China. For each product group, shipping prices are different, taking into account the differences between our Print Providers. So, when you choose Print Providers for your products, make sure that you select those which are located nearest to your main target audience.

Store Owners are responsible for paying any necessary sales tax on their transactions. Because of the nature of dropship businesses, taxes differ depending on who produces or sells the products, and where they are delivered. We recommend that you consult with a tax accountant.

European Union (EU) regulations require the collection of Value Added Tax (“VAT”) on all orders produced and shipped within the EU. Users with businesses registered with the EU may apply for a VAT Exemption if the Users have a valid VAT number. If you qualify for a VAT exemption, provide us with your VAT number and business details and we will arrange for the exemption to be applied.

Absolutely – and we highly recommend that you do so as part of your due diligence into Print Providers. With the Print on Demand subscription plan, you get up to a 20% discount on all products and can order samples at the same discounted rate. All for only $29 per month.
